Crash grouping
How identical errors are deduplicated
Every error gets a fingerprint: hash of the normalized message + top stack frame. Identical crashes group into one row with an occurrence count and timeline.
Volatile numbers in messages are normalized so "timeout after 3012ms" and "2998ms" group together.
